SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
LATERAL PUSH UP
- Front Support. Legs must be together during the whole movement.
- A four-phase push up where the body moves downwards and shifts laterally (left or right) with the elbow of the supporting arm lowering onto the floor pointing laterally.
- Then, the body (C.G.) moves back to the center and returns to the starting.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Shoulder at least in line with the upper arm/s
- Must be performed without fall.
- Must be performed without fall.
