1. Front support on 1 leg.
2,3,4 . Perform a push up, with the body in alignment.
5. Return to Front support
2,3,4 . Perform a push up, with the body in alignment.
5. Return to Front support
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Shoulder at least in line with the upper arm/s
- Must be performed without fall.
