- Front Support.
- Perform a straddle cut, legs without touching the floor.
- Flight phase must be shown before the cut.
- L-support.

• Hands must leave the floor before the cut
• Shoulders higher than hips level before the cut in airborne phase.
• Must be performed without fall.
