ILLUSION TO FREE VERTICAL SPLIT
From standing position, one leg is lifted upward to initiate a 360° vertical circle.
Simultaneously the body rotates and turns 360° on the supporting leg. One hand touches the floor, beside the supporting foot.
Free Vertical Split.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Full rotation of the free leg (170° minimum). The foot of the supporting leg in vertical split position or in free vertical split position must remain in contact with the floor.
