STRADDLE JUMP ½ TWIST TO PUSH UP
A vertical Straddle jump.
While airborne the body twists 180°, the body inclines and prepares for landing.
Landing in Push up.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Legs at least parallel to the floor All elements must be performed without a fall. All elements in Group C landing in PU, hands and feet must land at the same time
