SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
1. A Vertical Jump with a 360° turn into Tuck.
2. Then the body inclines and prepares for landing.
3. Landing in 1 arm push up facing the same direction as the start.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Airborne legs: knees at waist level at least.
Missed turns 90° or more (till 180°) will reduce the difficulty value by 0.1 point
