1. Planche, Hold for 2 seconds.
2. Bend the arms, kicking one leg laterally forwards to a Lifted Wenson, the body maintaining alignment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Each element must be held for 2 seconds without the hips, legs or feet touching the floor.
