- L-Support.
- The body turns 360° on one hand to L-Support two hands.
- Hold for 2 seconds, at the start or end of the turn.
- The placement of the free arm is optional.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- All elements in Group B must be held for 2 seconds, and performed without fall.
