SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
1 ARM STRADDLE SUPPORT 1/1 TURN 1 LEG VERTICAL (CAÑADA)
- 1 Arm Straddle support.
- One leg is raised to vertical and held by the hand of the opposite side.
- Body turns 360°.
- Hold for 2 seconds, at the start, during or end of the turn.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- All elements in Group B must be held for 2 seconds, and performed without fall.
- Without touching the floor
