SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION

STRADDLE SUPPORT
STRADDLE SUPPORT
  1.  Straddle seat.
     
  2. The body is supported by both arms with only the hands in contact with the floor.
     
  3. Both hands are placed in front of the body.
     
  4. Hips are flexed and legs straddled (minimum width 90°) and parallel to the floor.
     
  5. Hold for 2 seconds.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be held for 2 seconds, and performed without fall / touch.
  • Touching the floor more than one time will be considered as a FALL.
