SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
Straddle Front Support on 1 arm.
Feet maximum shoulder width apart during the whole movement.
A four-phase push up where the body moves downwards and shifts laterally (left or right) supported on both feet and one arm, with the elbow of the supporting arm lowering onto the floor pointing laterally.
The body returns to the starting position.
Optional of the free arm.
