PUSH UP
1. Front support
2-3. Perform a push up with the downward phase.
4. Perform a push up with the upward phase.
5. Return to front support.
2-3. Perform a push up with the downward phase.
4. Perform a push up with the upward phase.
5. Return to front support.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Shoulder at least in line with the upper arm/s
- Must be performed without fall
