3.4 DIFFICULTY ELEMENTS


The routine must include a minimum of one element from each of the following groups of the element pool:
GROUP A         Dynamic Strength Elements
GROUP B         Static Strength Elements
GROUP C         Jumps and Leaps Elements
GROUP D         Balance and Flexibility Elements
 
A maximum of 10 difficulty elements are allowed. The difficulty elements are optional; however, at International events (Seniors) difficulty elements with the value of 0.1 and 0.2 will not be considered as difficulty elements. For Age Group, refer to Appendix V.
